Order Process

Four straightforward steps from your first enquiry to a delivered batch of battery packs.

1. Send Your Enquiry

Tell us the model, capacity, voltage and annual volume you need — a photo or sample helps us match it exactly.

2. Quotation & Sample

We confirm the specification, quotation and lead time, then ship a sample pack for your own testing.

3. Production & Inspection

Mass production starts after your approval, with capacity grading and 10+ inspection steps on every batch.

4. Shipping & Documents

Packs are packed for dangerous goods transport and shipped with UN38.3, MSDS and inspection documents.

The questions our export team answers most often from importers, brands and e-commerce sellers.

Our standard MOQ is 10 units per model, which keeps trial orders affordable for testing your market. Larger OEM projects are quoted with volume pricing from 500 units upward.

Stock models are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Custom samples with your own label, housing or BMS settings take about 7 to 10 working days, and we send photos before shipping.

Yes. We offer OEM and ODM services including custom labels, silk-screen or laser logos, colour housings and retail packaging. Just send us your artwork in AI, PDF or PNG format and we will confirm a proof for approval.

All of our lithium battery packs carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a pack fails within that period, contact us with the order number and a short description and we will repair or replace it.

Every shipment includes the UN38.3 test report, MSDS, and an air or sea transport certificate as required. We also supply the commercial invoice, packing list and certification copies such as CE, ROHS and FCC on request.

We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment, and we can discuss other terms for repeat customers.
